“Depths” is a work that represents the union of the earth and the sea. Viewed from space, it resembles the blue surface of the earth, while up close, it evokes the undulating surface of the sea. This dual imagery reminds viewers of the importance of taking a step back when observing life’s events.
What may appear overwhelming and chaotic up close can reveal the entirety of a situation when seen from a distance. Taking a step back, taking a deep breath, and recognizing the changes that occur brings inner peace and balance. “Depths” aims to guide viewers in finding equilibrium between the challenges and beauty of life.

About the Artist
16 Haziran 2000 tarihinde Ankara’da doğdum. Lise eğitimimi grafik tasarım ve fotoğrafçılık üzerine tamamladıktan sonra Hacettepe Üniversitesi’nde seramik sanatıyla ilgilenmeye başladım. Hâlen Hacettepe Üniversitesi Seramik Bölümü’nde yüksek lisans eğitimime devam ediyorum.
Sanat pratiğimde deniz ve değişimin insan ve sanat üzerindeki etkilerini irdeliyor; sürekli hareketlilik, akış, dönüşüm ve yenilenme gibi doğal döngülerin sembollerini eserlerime yansıtıyorum. Bu bağlamda yağlıboya tablolar ve seramik çalışmalar üretirken, aynı zamanda aktif olarak fotoğraf ve dövme sanatıyla da ilgilenmeye devam ediyorum.

I was born on June 16, 2000, in Ankara. After completing my high school education focused on graphic design and photography, I began exploring ceramic art at Hacettepe University. I am currently continuing my graduate studies in the Ceramics Department at Hacettepe University.
In my artistic practice, I examine the effects of the sea and change on both humans and art, reflecting natural cycles such as constant movement, flow, transformation, and renewal in my work. Within this framework, I create oil paintings and ceramic pieces, while also actively engaging with photography and tattoo art.
