Delivery and Return Policy

1. Delivery Information

Monkspace is a digital marketplace that connects artists with buyers. All items purchased through the platform are shipped directly by the artist/seller who owns the work. Monkspace is not directly involved in the delivery process.

The delivery time for physical items is a maximum of 10 business days from the date the order is confirmed.

The shipping carrier and delivery method are determined according to the seller’s policies.

Shipping costs are specified during checkout and are paid by the buyer.

Tracking numbers and shipping details, if available, are provided in the order summary. If this information is missing, buyers are advised to contact the artist directly.

International shipping is subject to the seller’s shipping policy and availability.

2. Return Conditions

Purchased items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns are not accepted for the following types of products:

  • Custom-made or personalized artworks
  • Digital content and downloadable items
  • Fragile, one-of-a-kind, or collectible works of art

Return requests may be declined under the following conditions:

  • The item is not returned in its original packaging, unused, and in complete condition
  • The item is damaged or not suitable for resale
  • The 14-day return period has expired
  • The return violates clearly stated return conditions provided by the artist

3. Return Process and Shipping Costs

The refund is processed after the returned item is inspected and accepted by the seller.

For defective or damaged items, return shipping costs are covered by the seller.

For voluntary returns without a specific reason, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Role of Monkspace

Monkspace solely provides the digital infrastructure for the marketplace. It is not responsible for the quality, condition, or timely delivery of purchased items.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, both parties are expected to provide relevant communication records and evidence related to the order. Monkspace may assist in resolving the issue based on the documentation submitted, but it does not act as a binding arbitrator or final decision-maker.
