I’m ZIA. While getting lost in the chaos of Istanbul, I try to turn what’s left of me into art. I work with digital illustration, paint, and sometimes sculpture—whatever matches the feeling at that moment.
I’m not loyal to materials, I’m loyal to instinct. I try things, break them apart, and rebuild.
My work isn’t always clear—because feelings aren’t either. Sometimes it’s blurry, sometimes harsh, sometimes just a silent surface.
Art, for me, isn’t about pulling myself together; it’s a way of making peace with the mess.
